He couldn't have been more helpful. He went out of his way to source the correct fittings, and came back to sort them out when there was a technical issue at very short notice in the run up to Christmas. I wish we'd just rung him and asked him to sort the whole thing out, but his determination to make ours work was brilliant. He's a pleasant approachable and reliable tradesman. I would recommend him without hesitation and would certainly use him again in the future if I needed to.
